A small, upholstered piece of furniture conceived as a tribute to the city of Milan, its shape and texture recall the concrete bollards prevalent throughout the city that look like a “panettone”, a traditional holiday cake. The allusion is ironically applied to the notion of comfort: a notoriously hard, uncomfortable object becomes soft and inviting, therefore, attractive. Structure in beech plywood, polyurethane foam padding, upholstered in lycra printed with a concrete-inspired texture.
