The name Galatea means ‘goddess of the calm sea’, and is one of the 50 sea nymphs of Greek mythology.

The new Foppapedretti outdoor furniture collection dedicated to founder Ezio Foppa Pedretti is named after the sea nymph with the idea of making moments of leisure, relaxation and recreation enjoyable. The seats are deliberately designed wide to provide greater comfort and are fitted with a unique extra-large armrest, evoking the shape of an oar.

The collection, made in Italy of precious Fsc-certified and water-varnished ash wood, is composed of an armchair with footrest, small armchair, stackable chair, folding chair, small table, large table, extendable table, food trolley and sun lounger.
